I've been using Design Aire for nearly 20 years since they installed the HVAC system in 2000 and will not use anyone else. Their service is outstanding and the service plans are well worth the cost. Over the years, I've gotten to know Gary who is the person I always ask for since he does such a great job and is so nice. I'm able to leave the key under the mat which is great since I work and get docked for taking off work. I highly recommend this company.

Just had a service call on our air conditioner and Larry, our technician, was very professional and kept us informed as to what he was doing and what we should be doing to keep our units working properly. Besides being a great rep for Design Aire, he came into our house with his shoes covered.
