Steve is excellent at performing the PM service on my HVAC systems! He does the work then cleans up any trash and leaves the job site as it was when he started.

Design Aire is a great heating and cooling company. I’ve been using them for over 10 years. They are honest, dependable and send out experienced and professional service people. I will continue to use them. I totally trust them with my heating and cooling needs.

Had a leak in a valve of a radiant loor heating system. Excellent service. Knowledgeable and polite technicians. Explained the problem and solution. Quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Larry was very professional and went above and beyond to address some questions and concerns with me for the heating season in addition to ensuring our newer unit for the A/C weather is in good condition. Seasonal check was reasonably priced. We have used this company in the recent past and so far have always been satisfied.

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! I could not be more pleased with my experience with Design Aire Heating & Cooling. I called in the morning and they were able to send a service technician that same day (on what was a very hot day!). The technician was pleasant and curteous. He was extremely knowledgeable about my ***** system and diagnosed the problem. He was honest and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I felt very comfortable with the whole process. I have relied on Design Aire to take care of our HVAC for over twenty years. Their diligent annual care allowed our first system to last 20 years. I had them replace it, not because it wasn't working, but to move to a more efficient, energy saving system. Their techs have always been friendly and informative. You can't go wrong with Design Aire.

I have signed up for Design Aire's maintenance plan, and I'm very pleased with the service. The technician (Clint) was very thorough and professional. Very consistent in that all your technicians give that kind of service.
