Excellent service. Tech was friendly, polite and explained what he was doing. We've used Design Aire for many years and have never been disappointed.
Inspected and cleaned 2 gas furnaces. Courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. Good suggestions regarding appropriate filters and areas to watch for potential problems. Will use their services again.

As usual, the technician Klint was very thorough and helpful. He was able to spot a problem that needed to be addressed and fixed it, without having to make a return trip. Again great customer service, I would not go anywhere else .
We have been using Design Aire for a couple of years now. They are always responsive when we call. Patrick just did our check up on the furnace for the heating season. Aftewards, he explained what he had done. i always like to know what was done and he did a great job of explainingthat and the condition of our furnace and humidifier.
The technician was courteous and very knowledgeable, he performed the service timely and professionaly
