The technicians that we have had to our house are extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. Design Aire's costs are reasonable. I highly recommend Design Aire.
Gary serviced my furnace this morning and did an excellent job. He arrived on time, make sure my furnace was working properly and cleaned up after he was done. He also took time to clearly explain to me what he had done and recommend when I should call to set up my spring service.
Very polite serviceman. Kept the area very clean. Easy to make an appointment and very reasonable prices for a furnace check up.

Gary's service and knowledge regarding my heating/ac systems is super! He is extremely helpful in explaining everything regarding the running of the systems. Design Aire is lucky to have him!!
They do a great job scheduling the maintenance and have never missed an appointment for me. Their techs are highly qualified and experienced journeymen. I had an emergency furnace breakdown in February several years ago when we were out of town and the temperature outside was below freezing. My neighbor called me and I told him I would call Design Aire and he could let them in. Ben did a wonderful job and explained a lot of stuff to me about the furnace.
William did a great job and got all three of our units up and running and explained what I need to do to get the results I want. Well done and I have a paid contract for the spring also.
