We rely on Design Aire for AC, Furnace and Humidifier maintenance and service. They always provide timely and efficient follow up to calls in an emergency and forscheduled maintenance. We have also purchased new systems that have provided great comfort at lower operational costs! Highly Recommended!

We have been satisfied/thrilled customers of Design Aire since 1998 when we moved to Missouri from the North Shore of Boston. We replaced our a/c during the Covid-19 pandemic and were extremely pleased with the entire process beginning with the product quote and continuing through the installation. They were friendly and answered all our questions. The representatives who installed the a/c were efficient and followed safety protocols so we could all feel safe.
