We had a new furnace and a/c installed today. We were extremely pleased, from the minute they arrived both Jake and Corey were true professionals. We have been using design aire for yearly service for 19 years and have never had 1 problem. Highly recommend
Larry was here to check the ac this am. He was very thoughtful in following the virus protection procedure. I have found Design Aire technicians to be thorough in their inspections and not always trying to sell new products to customers.

Josh did an excellent job checking out our AC. He saw a problem. Explained to us what he was doing and resolved it. He was very professional and through. I am 80 years old and my wife is 73. We appreciated the fact that he had a mask, gloves and cover for his shoes. He kept his social distance while he worked. He is a good worker and completed the job in a timely manner.

Received email letting me know that Larry was on his way. I purchased a new air conditioner and furnace in 2017 and have continued to use Design Aire because of their professionalism. It started with the initial sales presentation, installation and now maintenance.
Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to the office, to the service technician who was prompt, professional, friendly, and made sure our issue was completely resolved! We will definitely use Design Aire for future HVAC needs!
They came out to check furnace and a/c. Josh the tech did a through job and I was satisfied with the way he conducted himself.
