I hardly know what to say. Everything from the first call went especially well. A friend made an inquiry for me and the sales rep, Seth, called me directly to see if I needed more info. We met and went over the system I had and the ones I could get. I compared everything online and various reviews. I got a competing bid then decided to go with Design-Aire! We trust Design Aire. They call before they come out. Their technicians are always polite and respectful. They are honest, speak clearly, and explain their findings when they finish their checkup. We have them out for a Spring and Fall checkup every year and we get a $25 rebate check. Happy campers!
Design Aire did a great job servicing my AC to make it run most efficiently. The technician showed up when promised and performed the work in a professional manner. He wore a mask and protective booties on his feet to keep our home clean. Everything went well.
Honest, knowledgeable, great service. My other two estimates tried to sell larger, more expensive a/c units which required additional duct work as well. Design-Aire sized the unit to my house, saving me thousands. Additionally they showed up on time and finished the work in a half day, explained everything, plus added a year of service on my furnace as well. Highly recommended.
