Technicians are thorough, professional and friendly. Josh was excellent on furnace maintenance, and I appreciate him following COVID protocols.
I have been using Design Aire for 16 years to perform my yearly maintenance. The service technicians are highly skilled, union professionals. When my 30 year old HVAC died, Design Aire did an amazing job installing a new Trane furnace and AC in only 4 hours, They helped with all the rebates and got me interest free financing at a low payment.
After signing up for an annual service agreement the office very quickly scheduled today's appointment. The technician called when he was headed to my house which is very helpful. The technician was very polite and was following the companies precaution of wearing a mask. The inspection was very thorough and the technician answered all of my questions. Overall a Very Great Job! Thanks Design Aire!
The service technician Nate did a great job. He went above and beyond what was expected. He explained the new furnace and made other adjustments to improve the furnace setup.
Josh was very informative and efficient. He arrived on time, observed all COVID protocols, explained what he did to the furnace and reviewed the current state of the parts within the furnace. I couldn't be happier with the service Design Aire has provided.
Work was thorough and complete. Technician was very helpful and efficient.
Can't say enough good things about my interaction with this company and its employees. They have been doing everything they can to keep me up and running until a new system gets installed. The biggest compliment I think I can give is that my husband and I feel they are honest.
Called at 8am had Tech Tony at my door by 9. Got a new thermostat and price was reasonable. As an older citizen with some health issues on a very hot day, response time and a completed repair were critical.
Saw that first responders and teachers were receiving a free check up on the A/C so I called and they came out the next day. Just needed to show my wife's medical license and they cleaned and checked up on my unit for free. Very professional, wore a mask, gloves and booties and kept a safe distance and was all done in a reasonable time frame.
