The service technician Nate did a great job. He went above and beyond what was expected. He explained the new furnace and made other adjustments to improve the furnace setup.
Josh was very informative and efficient. He arrived on time, observed all COVID protocols, explained what he did to the furnace and reviewed the current state of the parts within the furnace. I couldn't be happier with the service Design Aire has provided.
Work was thorough and complete. Technician was very helpful and efficient.
Can't say enough good things about my interaction with this company and its employees. They have been doing everything they can to keep me up and running until a new system gets installed. The biggest compliment I think I can give is that my husband and I feel they are honest.
Called at 8am had Tech Tony at my door by 9. Got a new thermostat and price was reasonable. As an older citizen with some health issues on a very hot day, response time and a completed repair were critical.
Saw that first responders and teachers were receiving a free check up on the A/C so I called and they came out the next day. Just needed to show my wife's medical license and they cleaned and checked up on my unit for free. Very professional, wore a mask, gloves and booties and kept a safe distance and was all done in a reasonable time frame.
As always - excellent and fast service. Getting an appointment on line was very easy. Very responsive.
Design Aire came out today to service a list that was compiled by our buyers' inspection process. As usual, we were extremely pleased with every aspect of their customer service and work. Wil, the technician, was on-time, clear, kind, and helpful. We'll never use anyone else.
Very professional and courteous in my home. I feel good about the advice and recommendations they make for our system.
