I have been using Design-Aire for 15 years and they have always been very reliable and professional. They do not try to sell me unneeded equipment and their technicians are always very courteous and let me know exactly what they are doing throughout their visit.
Decided to use Design Aire based strictly upon Trane referral and these reviews. I was not disappointed. Scheduling was a breeze and the technician sent to our home was friendly, extrememly knowlegable of his craft and thourough in his service tasks. Decided to enlist in a service contract which I otherwise rarely would do. Great work.
Design Aire did an excellent job installing our new TRANE furnace and air conditioning system two yeas ago. It continues to operate very well and their spring and fall followup service has been excellent also. Jake, who just competed the winter service on the furnace, was very courteous, performed the maintenance work flawlessly, and followed Covid 19 protocol. Five stars well earned.
I would highly recommend Design Aire for any of your Air Conditioning/Heating needs. They are prompt, honest and thorough. There serviceman Patrick, was very helpful pointing out several items. Really can't say enough good things about this firm. I was so impressed that I had them install two new systems in my daughter's home. I have used them for over 10 years.
