The technicians arrived on time, despite snow packed roads in our area. They efficiently removed the old furnace and installed the new one, making all the necessary adjustments to insure it worked properly. I found the technicians to be friendly, courteous, and willing to answer all my questions. I would recommend Design Aire to anyone who is planning to replace a furnace and/or AC unit.
Our main floor heater was not working. Jeanie who answered the phone from Design Aire asked if I had changed the batteries lately from our thermostat. That did the trick and saved me a service call charge. I appreciate the "common sense" practical, truthful approach to repair. We have been a customer for years and they have never let us down!
