Today I experienced my first maintenance check-up/review of my HVAC system with Design Aire. Now, I have had several companies check out my system in the past, and this was by far the most thorough and comprehensive. The technician, Rick, who was kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable, hosed out my condensing unit. No company has ever, ever hosed out my unit.
