Design Aire serviceman came in the evening on a very hot Saturday to fix our AC unit. He was knowledgeable, experienced, very professional. He did not take advantage of our "emergency" situation to charge us excessively nor recommend costly repairs. I had called twelve so-called 24-hour AC businesses, but only Design Aire consented to coming out the same day evening though it was a weekend evening. We felt more than lucky. We felt blessed!
Design Aire has my vote! I had a problem and called them. Response was almost immediate. They fixed my problem on the spot without recommending expensive additional repairs or service. They gained my trust immediately!
I subscribe to the yearly Maintenance Program and every year I am greeted with a friendly, professional technician. Service is top notch
