Excellent and prompt resolution of issue. Jack (the technician) came on Sunday within 30 min of call. He was very thorough and courteous and provided options with my issue. I had a couple of prior very positive experiences with Design Aire Service calls.
So thankful for Design Aire Heating and Cooling. Anytime I have an issue they are quick to resolve it. Staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I won't use anyone else in St Louis!

Ben came by to do a check-up on our A/C unit. Not only was he courteous and professional, he helped me problem solve an issue with one of the HVAC ducts. Five minutes extra of his time saved me hours of my time!
Technician was professional and had our a/c working in less than 15 minutes. This was a Saturday emergency call. Very pleased with Design Aire every time they come to do our spring and fall service bi highly recommend them.
Design Aire is priced reasonably and the technicians are very knowledgeable.
