Josh was our Technician and did an incredible job! Not only did he show up on time, but he was overly thorough, explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way, including what went wrong, and fixed our A/C in a timely manner. We will definitely continue to use DesignAire for all of our HVAC needs!
I was very impressed with Jean at the home office as well as Jake who did my air conditioning check up. Both seemed very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. Jake taught me more in 30 minutes regarding how to maintain my unit than I have learned in years! I plan using Jake for my fall check up on my furnace. Design Aire definitely will be my go to company for my cooling and heating needs.
Design Aire was professional from start to finish. The salesperson was super knowledgeable and followed up with us. He was responsive in returning phone calls and with our requests. We did a complete replacement of HVAC system. The installation team knew what they were doing and did the removal of old system and installation of new system in one day. Design Aire did a great job in analyzing and correcting our AC unit. They were prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend they to anyone that needs Furnace or AC work.
As always, great service, very responsive and very professional service man. Jake did a great job. Friendly, informative and always has customer satisfaction as a main goal. My dad started using Design Aire back in the '70's. I've only had very favorable experiences with this company. Sure - things need repair every now and then. When they do, Design Aire answers the bell promptly and professionally. The annual maintenance service is also second to none.
