Thanks to Jake and Sloan for excellent service on our Trane HVAC system on 08/09/2021. Jake answered all questions regarding system and follow-up service needs. Sloan also was very good with questions regarding outside unit. Both men performed service in a professional and personable manner. Clean up was excellent. We will use Design Aire in the future.

Called Design Aire for an A/C unit replacement due to my unit needing a condensor coil which was out of warranty. They scheduled me for monday and after i hung up they called right back and asked if i would like to have it replaced the next day. I said yes and klint showed up promptly on friday and installed the unit without any problems. Will be using Design Aire for all my A/C and Heating needs.
Great company, highly recommended the tech was on time and pleasant. He tried every possible potential problem to get my unit back up and running. Unfortunately the system was not fixable. He even took the time out to explain the next steps with options. They guy that set the appointment was also pleasure and expedited the tech in a timely manner (next day).
Klint was my technician and explained what problem was clearly and fixed. Vey professional and nice. Always prompt service, been using for years and will continue.
