Jake is the best! Their annual maintenance plan is vey reasonable.
The guys arrived with a nice equipped van. However, the first thing the technician recommended was that putting a new unit would be a good idea. Then he talked about another part that was most likely damaged. He also scared me with rates mentioning how refill prices had skyrocketed. In this day and age when you can check it live, these things don't work. The service tech from Design Aire was on time, performed all the checks on the AC unit. Was very polite and business like. Always feel good with his service call.
DesignAire has been our HVAC service for over 15 years - always courteous, dependable and very efficient. We highly recommend them and wouldn’t be without their service contract.
Design Aire Heating and Cooling installed our Unit and has serviced it since installed. They send me service reminders in the spring and fall which makes the appointment process extremely convenient. The serviceman is always prompt and polite and does an excellent job. My family has been a loyal customer for many years. I would recommend them to anyone for their Heating and Cooling needs.
May not be the lowest price but always very happy with their service and union technicians.
Technician was knowledgeable, professional, and a Marine. I would certainly request him again. We certainly recommend Design Zaire.
We have been using Design Aire since our place was built in 2003. They have serviced our air conditioner and furnace. They are always on time and I just trust them since they don't try to upsell. They are friendly and I would recommend them to anyone.
