The maintenance men who have checked our furnace or air-conditioner are very knowledgeable and do a great job. Design Aire is highly recommended by us for their service.
I have maintained my heating and AC services with Design Aire for over 17 years as well as buying a new AC/Heating system several years ago. My current service tech, Klint is outstanding, well trained and professional. I can highly recommend Design Aire for any homeowner.
We were very please with the service and knowledge of our technician, Patrick. This was our first visit with Design Aire. We did so in an effort to solve a low humidity problem. . Patrick offered the possible solutions going from conservative to more drastic. He set our system for the most conservative solution and we will monitor the humidity level in our home to see if it is satisfactory.
Klint was on time and thorough in cleaning and assessing my furnace and thermostat. I highly recommend this company. They were also fast on getting me in. Thanks

Jake was professional as usual and took all the necessary Covid precautions. I use this company twice a year and they have always done a good job.
Knowledgeable, professional and timely! Unexpected maintenance issues can make for a rough start to the day but with same day service and excellent communication, they made it a breeze! Thanks/shout out to who answered the phone (can’t remember his name, so sorry!) and Jake the tech who came to my house. Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely be using on an annual basis for system maintenance.
Excellent service since installation of furnace/AC 2012. Always arrive on time. Today blower on gas furnace was adjusted to change speed of fan to make house feel more comfortable. Learned today that he service person assigned to my house (traditional hot air furnace) is one of a couple who service homes with radiators/boilers.
Service tech was on time and very courteous performing his task.
