Very thorough. Called before coming to advise of arrival time. Wore mask, gloves and shoe covers. Very kind and explained what he did and how to better operate my humidifier on my furnace. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

We have been using Design Aire services for over 40 years on 4 different homes we have lived in plus one rental we have also had great cost savings by taking advantage of the yearly service contracts they offer . And the fact that they do great work super nice technicians the first time we contacted Design Aire was to give us a quote on a new air conditioner, we already had 2 quotes around $4,000 Their technical said for a part and recharge the existing unit for $400 we did that and sold that house 12 years later

Patrick was great. Explained everything thoroughly, wore a mask and booties and socially distanced throughout his time on the job. I rated them excellent because of the great job that I told him was perfect during the pandemic. I would highly recommend their service. The people were great to deal with on the phone to set up an appointment and explain what they would do. They were on time!

Can't say enough good things about my interaction with this company and its employees. They have been doing everything they can to keep me up and running until a new system gets installed. The biggest compliment I think I can give is that my husband and I feel they are honest.

Design Aire has been taking care of me since I moved back in 2003. It is great to have consistency in technicians; Will is a great young man, answers all my questions, and has me in good shape for another winter!
