I’ve used Design Aire since 1979. The technician, Klint, arrived precisely on time. He carefully tested, cleaned and checked both units, inside and out. He wore appropriate PPE, and took all appropriate precautions. He explained what he did, and answered all of our questions. We couldn’t have asked for more.
I have used them for years. they are courteous, efficient and great to work with. if you have a problem, their service is excellent. Following Covid-19 guidelines, the serviceman wore a mask and show protective coverings. I highly recommend them
We had a new furnace and a/c installed today. We were extremely pleased, from the minute they arrived both Jake and Corey were true professionals. We have been using design aire for yearly service for 19 years and have never had 1 problem. Highly recommend
Larry was here to check the ac this am. He was very thoughtful in following the virus protection procedure. I have found Design Aire technicians to be thorough in their inspections and not always trying to sell new products to customers.
