March 23 2020 My daughter's furnace quit working. With all the shut downs for the Corona virous I had no idea what to do. I had used Design Aire in the past, but not recently. I left a voice message on their "help line" this was Saturday evening. Sunday I thought about the problem. Thi system is 30 years old. Design Aire sent a tech to checkout a furnace vibration within 24 hrs. Larry was very professional and thorough. He diagnosed my issue quickly, ordered the parts needed, and corrected the problem. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him while waiting for the parts to arrive on site! I definitely recommend Design Aire for furnace issues and will ask for Larry again in the future for my heating/cooling needs.
Josh did an excellent job. Listened to my concern and explained why he was recommending the type of humidifier.
