Jerry T. and Richard B, Design Aire Heating & Cooling provided us with the finest emergency service possible. We are two very elderly fellows with health problems and we had a complete failure of our air conditioning. Patrick ******* came to our rescue in the late evening hours on a rainy weekend. Josh, the technician, was very effective. He knew exactly what he was doing, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was gone inside one hour.
Our a/c stopped working. I found Design Aire Heating and Cooling was opened on the weekends. William Towery was the tech that came out within an hour. He was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately we need a new a/c but we are having Design Aire install our new unit. If you are fortunate to get William as your tech even if you need a new unit you will be pleased with this young man as someone you would welcome into your home with confidence!
