Ben did a wonderful job and explained a lot of stuff to me about the furnace.
William did a great job and got all three of our units up and running and explained what I need to do to get the results I want. Well done and I have a paid contract for the spring also.

As usual, the technician Klint was very thorough and helpful. He was able to spot a problem that needed to be addressed and fixed it, without having to make a return trip. Again great customer service, I would not go anywhere else .
We have been using Design Aire for a couple of years now. They are always responsive when we call. Patrick just did our check up on the furnace for the heating season. Aftewards, he explained what he had done. i always like to know what was done and he did a great job of explainingthat and the condition of our furnace and humidifier.
