Gary has been taking care of our HVAC unit since we built the house in 2008. He always keeps us informed on how to stay on top of it. We get the service agreement each year and he always talks us thru what he did and how (for me) to keep it in shape thru the season. I highly recommend Design Aire. I like how they post a picture of the technician who will be handling the service call. Our technician was Gary and he was very thorough and knowledgeable.
I have a twice a year contract with Design-aire and it has been such a relief: meticulous attention to detail, willingness to explain, to talk about what needs to be done, fair pricing, and (***) technicians who are super competent.
My family has been using Design Aire for 18 years now. They are dependable, knowledgeable, affordable, and don't sell you things you don't need. You can get in super fast and they call YOU when it's time for your seasonal maintenance. I highly recommend them to anyone looking!

I really like the way Design Aire sends a picture of the technician and his name of the person who will be coming for the service call. Our Tech, Larry, was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He was trust worthy and took care of our air conditioning problem expediently.
