My only complaint is that you called me to reschedule my appointment and two weeks later I get a postcard telling me that I missed my appointment.
Parking is hard to find! My time is just a important as any one and having to wait 1-2 hrs is poor management on Dental Plus! I can understand waiting 10-15 minutes by every time waiting a hour or more is tiring!
I was told my child did not need x-rays. They took x-rays. I do not have insurance and now I have to pay for services I did NOT WANT!
Really appreciated the staff's ability to adjust our appointment because of my work schedule. Everyone is very pleasant and friendly!
