Ingrid is amazing and we will be requesting her for future appointments where possible. It was my son's first dental appt and she was instrumental in his cooperation at the delicate age of 4. She also cleaned my teeth a month ago and was very sweet and professional. For this reason I give 4 stars, not 5 stars because the wait to get back to the chair is ridiculous and should be improved ASAP.
This appointment was right on time and finished in 20 minutes. Very pleased.
I was limited on my time to see the dentist, get a cleaning, xrays and a filling, but all was done in 1 appt. Loved the new dentist, the ladies who clean are always so pleasant. All questions get answered. The office couldn't get any friendlier! Everyone was so kind, cheerfull! No one likes going to the dentist and being a new patient was apprehensive! After my first visit feel at home. The hygentist as week as our dentist and assistants were great!!
I won't go to your office anymore I'd pay more to get the better care.
I will have to await your response to this survey before I make a judgement of the usefulness of this survey. I left my previous dentist because of the lack of her attention to my dental problems (many of which were MY fault) and the costs.
The female doctor I had seen, wasn't helpful to my situation when I told her multiple times what I wanted done, but she refused to do it! I have requested to not be in her care any longer! I had never seen her before that day! I give 2 stars because the front staff and other hygienist are always friendly and helpful!!
The employees have always been pleasant, kind & professional. I understand the "sometimes " long wait because the doctor takes the time with each person making sure they understand the procedure and are comfortable.
Everyone is always very nice during my visits. I would recommend to everyone.
