The wait was minimal. Dr. Gehrig and his staff were attentive and made certain I understood every step in the procedure. Discomfort was kept to a minimum, and I felt that the crown prep was top notch as always
Needed quick service. Dr. Dorsey, said he would come in the next morning at 7:00 to assist me, since I couldn't arrive immediately due to my work schedule. I finished my work earlier than expected, so I stopped in to see if they could fit me in, instead of 7:00 the next morning. They made it happen! Thanks Dr. Dorsey and staff!
Friendly staff and they are clean, I had implants done I was told it would take 4 months it’s been 8 months and every time I go to get my implants there is always another set back I just want my two front teeth back ASAP please. And2 weeks ago I went in thinking I would have my permanent teeth that day nope I get numbed up for another let down now may I mind you I left with no pain script I didn’t ask for any cuz I do t like pills but I had my gums filed down with a laser. All the caregivers at Colonial drive family Dentistry are very caring, polite and compassionate! They made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole visit.
Everyone in the office is very nice, and really care about what you have to say. Your concerns are addressed.
Everyone is real friendly and the technology is amazing. Everything is very efficient and I suppose there's a reason things are done as though you're a timeshare sales rep but that has really turned off many of my family members (including myself) that used to go here. Presenting things as though "that is what will be done" is very presumptuous and things are obviously not explained clearly if Mom got wrapped up in some sort of loan for dental work that she thought was only an estimate that she was signing if she so chose to... read more
Great Service for Wimps. I hate dentist, several different interactions in my teenage years had kept me from going to the dentist until a real problem occurs. It does not take much for my anxiety to rise and for tears to come, but it seems I've found a place where I am welcomed and accepted - they take time to talk with me through what needs to be done and how that works. They have assisted in calming my fears and accommodating my needs to get work done. I highly recommend.
