It was my first time being there so I am not certain yet if it is common to wait that long or not. I was given options for financial assistance regarding the work that needs to be completed. I have decided that 26.9% interest is incredibly high and am checking into other financial options at this time. Due to time constraints/other obligations by staff, I did not receive a cleaning at this visit. Amanda and Doctor were very friendly.
All of the staff from the initial phone call to confirm to my exit visit were very friendly and helpful. I was made to feel important and cared about with my concerns. Keep up the good work.
Everyone was very helpful. When I first entered no one was at the desk for a good 10 minutes.
Chris was so helpful with helping me come up with a plan and was very understanding of my financial situation. I appreciate how the office worked with me on setting up payments.
