When I arrived for my first-time appointment 10 minutes early, there was NOBODY in the waiting room or office. It was only after I started looking around the countertop that I noticed a laminated sign that said everyone was in a meeting. I then located the clipboards where I intended to start filling out the paperwork required. But there were no pens. I really liked the gal that worked with me. I was very embarrassed that I had not been to the dentist in a while, so I was expecting to be ridiculed about that. She treated me very respectfully, acknowledging that I had issues but not making me feel bad about them! I'm glad I chose to go to Dental Plus!
Staff members are always pleasant and make me feel comfortable. Christina and Amanda are the two Hygienists that have assisted me and both are wonderful. I would defiantly recommend this office to others.
Very nice and considerate
The only thing I would like to see changed is the waiting time to be taken back for exam/cleaning. Every visit we've had to wait an hour or more past the appointment time. This last visit we waited and hour and 20 min past our appointment, which made us late for an appointment elsewhere. The longest we've had to wait is an hour and 45 minutes.
Every single employee has always been wonderful to me. I'm a real chicken and would like to have gas or be sedated for everything, but the people do the best they can to calm me.
New crown has seemed to eliminated pain immediately.
I hate going to the dentist but after being seen and treated at dental plus in Logansport, I wont fear as much next time
Waited an hour and fifteen minutes. Seems quite long. I was ready to leave because others were being taken to the back shortly after they arrived. I think the scheduling for procedures other than cleanings should have a bigger time slot so this doesn't happen. I was supposed to get my teeth cleaned several appointments ago but didn't because there was no time. I still have to get them cleaned. I would change dentists but I REALLY like Dr. Shanteau and appreciate the work everyone has done to make my smile better.
