it was friendly and welcoming.
More financial options like payment plans. Toys or activities in waiting area for children. overall great experience will refer friends and family. staff is excellent and and friendly.
Everyone I met was wonderful and helpful. They all had individual tasks to help me and they all helped. I can't believe it was so easy compared to my usual dentist. I am so excited to have the smile I've been wanting for years. I will never go back to my other dentist again. I would also like to start bringing the rest of my family to Dr. Shanteau. Kim, Kay and Sandy always very helpful and take very good care of me. Dr. Sandy did great job giving shot.
i was nervous when i got there so i don't remember the lady's name but she was the one who did the x-rays and did the assessment on my teeth. she was very nice. she explained everything that was happening and why. thank you.
Melissa is always so nice and makes my teeth look great!
All the Staff were very Friendly.
