I was NOT happy with the fact that I had to sit and wait while they contacted my insurance. This should have been done when I made the appointment and gave them the info over the phone! Then after I was explained about what insurance does and doesn't cover, I told the receptionist that I did NOT want ANYTHING NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE!! She said okay and I heard her tell the lady the same thing who took me back to clean my teeth. The staff was friendly, but the wait was over and hour, plus there was no privacy in the room, patients could see each other.
The whole team from beginning to leaving was courteous and cheerful.
I love u all. You all are great and for the first time I don't I dread going to the dentist. I give you all 5 stars:)
