staff is always friendly. I just hate going to the dentist like anyone else. I had to wait 1 hour in waiting room past my appointment time.

I can't remember her name, but the lady who took care of me was very polite and curtious. She explained everything to me and gave me advice on general care for my teeth. She made my overall visit about a 9 out of ten.

The dental hygienist was very friendly and answered my questions. Sandy at the front desk is always so cheerful and helpful.
I am overall not happy with having to bring my son into the office four separate times to get the same procedure done. This problem should have been fixed long before now. I am discontent with the services.
