Tim Williams saved the day! I went to Deluca this morning after going to another dealership, even though I got a really good deal and some discounts on my wife’s new 2018 Corolla, I had to deal with a really cocky Toyota rep. “Mr. Toyota” the guy had a hard time understanding the human element and at times was rude and disrespectful. I can't say enough good things about DeLuka Toyota! I have been trying for several months to get the recalls fixed on my Toyota RAV4, in another town. They kept giving me the runaround about not having the parts needed to do the repairs. I called DeLuka Toyota and got my vehicle fixed in one day plus an additional update that I did even know was needed!
