I purchased a new corolla from DeLuca, the salesman was Rich Luke. Being over 70 I have purchased many new cars (I change cars every two years).Rich was fantastic from the moment we met. The service and respect was fantastic. I was never rushed or pressured. Everyone I came into contract was very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate recommending DeLuca, and Rich.
I recently moved here to Ocala and called and asked a question regarding my warranty. The person I spoke with was extremely rude. She complained about getting my question and then proceeded to be very blunt and and sounded aggravated. She also gave me very questionable information. I then proceeded to call the Toyota dealership that I had made my purchase; they informed me that everything the woman told me was false. I do not trust DeLuca Toyota anymore and am weary to make any future purchase there.

I work in the customer service field, and quite frankly feel I'm pretty good at dealing with customers. But Patricia L, your concierge, blows me out of the water. She really knows how to make people feel valued, even if it's just for an oil change. You have a keeper! I will specifically ask for her anytime I go there.
