Fantastic service representative named Marcy Coulter always does an excellent job of helping me during all my service visits. explains what and why something is needed. arranges for transportation if needed. She went above and beyond on my last visit. I left a carry bag under her desk for safe keeping. Then forgot it and drove home to the Villages.Called her to make sure it was still there. It was and she volunteered to mail it to me to save me a trip. Thanks Marcy, Tom Mayer

Worst company I've ever had the "pleasure" to come in contact with. I think one star is even too many. Every time I go I get treated poorly (probably because of my age). The service department representatives do not care about their clients and neither does the manager. I got told that there was "nothing" wrong with my AC which I've had to get replaced a time before and it's happening again to my 2015 Toyota Corolla sport. After an awful experience across the street at Honda of Ocala, we whipped into Delucas parking lot and within 2 hours were driving home in our new vehicle! Savanna is amazing and helped in any and every possible way; she explained things to us and helped us choose the perfect vehicle for our family!
