took our 2018 rav 4 xle for first service and auto butler with xzilon treatment recently. The reception and service was very professional and courteous. A very friendly atmosphere and thanks to Andrew Swainson salesperson and Loren Atria at the service department who together have made our wait time very pleasant.Excellent treatment.

I moved to Florida 4 1/2 years ago, and have been a DeLuca customer since my arrival. I have since bought two cars from DeLuca Toyota, and it is solely due to the pleasant, and professional staff that work there. The sales staff, Service advisors, concierge desk, and even the Janitor. Many thanks to Sam, Victor, Arianna, Marty, and Jenn, the cashiers, rental service, and the rest of the DeLuca team.

We purchased a 2018 corolla from Demarcus Neal what a great sales person. no pressure and a great sales experience. After our purchase we had a minor service issue. We called Demarcus Neal and he had it corrected and made us very Happy. I'am a retired Nissan Master Tech and can tell you the service after the sale is the most important part of the sale. I would recommend Demarcus Neal and DeLuca Toyota to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

Bought a car for my daughter at Deluca Toyota this weekend and I have to say it was the smoothest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Our sales person Mark was very knowledgeable of all the cars we looked at and he showed us exactly what we were looking for from the get go. We appreciated not having been pressured like I have been at other dealerships in the past. The dealership itself is pristine and state of the art. Pete Thomas was seriously my favorite salesman of all time. He made buying our 2018 4 runner super easy and smooth. The sales manager Giovanni was also super helpful. Really had a great car buying experience and I know I got a great deal. The dealership is also so nice has a cafe, hair salon, nail salon, and golf pretty cool when your bored getting your oil change! Had my new 2018 Camry serviced and a couple of minor problems corrected. I live about 30 miles away and when the parts department did not have the defective coin holder that i needed replaced, the wonderful service person arranged to have the part brought to my house when it came in. This was above what I expected. Deluca gets an A plus from me for the great service.

I took my car to be serviced on 6/8/18. The salesman called and stated there were several things wrong but didn't mention anything about the issue we went for. We got spark plugs replaced as instructed but the issue got worse for some odd reason (smh) And on top of it all I was charged over $300 to be still driving a car thats worse than what it was before I took it in to be serviced.
