Dropped in without an appointment for service on my Venza which I didn't purchase here. I was a little unsure if DeLuca would help me. They were very friendly and prompt! My husband Charles Herman spoke to a salesman who's name was Robert and told him we were very interested in a rav 4 they had on line . So we drove 78 miles to meet with him he gave us the wrong direction to get there. When we arrived we ask for Robert he was to busy to meet with us . Robert told the woman at the front desk to call someone else. About 3 salesman were to busy for us . Then Pamela passed by us and we asked her. Took my car in for service, was fast and Ron Rowles does a great job.
This is the first time I place myself into a Toyota (trading in a Cadillac). I was pleasantly surprised at the initiative of Desiree, sales consultant, to step up in every way to assist me in my purchase. She is informed, personable, patient, and quite remarkable in sales for such a young person. Also, Noland was more than attentive to my financial needs and in the end provided me with a "fair, acceptable, and affordable deal." Thank you for such a fine experience! So far I am loving my RAV 4!
