I shopped for a new Highlander in New England, New York, Georgia, Texas, and three Toyota dealers in Florida. The best price and most pleasant sales staff I found at Deluca. The service was okay and I didn't get pestered to trade the car in..
I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord exl cpe top of the line pre owned but was never informed that it was missing a driver's key.( push to start ) so the keys gets quiet expensive. also the right front plastic wheel fender was missing.(another $150) After multiple calls and visits they said there is nothing they can do because the car is pre owned. If they wanted to keep my business they would have made it right. I will never buy a car from Toyota deluca again.
