Since I retired and moved to Florida, I purchased 2 vehicles from Deluca Toyota. I have been extremely pleased with professionalism and customer service aspects of the sales and finance team, even when I pushed for my best deal and probably frustrated them. As for the service department, I give them a 5 star rating. I was always treated politely and efficiently.
This place is amazing. They have a cafe and on Monday and Wednesday you can get a free manicure. Even has a gift shop. We spent the day there.
I took my 2017 Toyota in for the first complimentary service. I was very impressed with the service department. Loren Atria was very knowledgeable and very polite. I will ask for her every time I bring my car in for service.
Purchase last year painless. Service this year ditto.
