I won't ever go through DeLuca again nor recommend them... .I bought my car in 2015 and was screwed from day one.. I even tried to return the car twice.. $$$$$$ is all they care about! Once that sale is made they are done with you unless they want more money!
I had the worst experience ever at the dea;ership today. the salesman was fine but the sales manager was absolutely awful. made 3 mistakes just talking about possible deal. then he comes out as i was leaving and told m about the deal he could make , we go back inside m start filling out papers and he comes in and says oh, no this is the figure, I can;t do what I said outside. he also had avery bad smart butt attitude. We were having some car issues and knew the car would not make it back to Cali. We brought it in and were taken care of ASAP. We had to order a part but the car took a day. The staff even told us about the area for hotels and food. They provided a shuttle. The whole staff was topnotch. The building included food, tv, mini gift shop, hair salon and mini golf. Amazing. Thanks to the staff!
Marcy is the greatest, she kept me up on what was going on with my car she explained why I needed this, she called explained why I needed a battery I said I might can get one somewhere else long story short I got my battery from there. Marcy called and said the car would take a little longer than expected she was right. Marcy kept me informed.
