Took Sienna in for some major work, Joey Donadio kept me informed and had the vehicle back in great shape in 24 hours. Thank you Joey and to the mechanic who performed the work.
I went into Deluca Toyota yesterday for a Recall, an alignment, and oil change. Took 3 hrs which was unexpected but they were kind. Marcie was great and offered me a shuttle to the Mall or home. I took a ride to Best Buy and walked to the Mall did some Christmas shopping and 3 hrs later picked up at JC Penney. Tyvm
Do not trust this dealership. They are very nice up until you buy a car, then they turn on you if you bother them. The 2 men in the finance department are untrustworthy types and they go out of their way to be rude.

Had the best experience ever here. Awesome dealership one of the best I have been to. The service is fast and the people are all very friendly. They really go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of and that you leave happy. From now on they will be the only dealership that I let service my car.

When I brought my new Tacoma in for installation of an electronic device, my husband and I went out to eat while device being performed. They have a courtesy van to pic up, but so I wouldn't have to leave family to go back to dealership they brought the truck to me!!!! Now that's what I call service.
