Timothy Pinder did a phenomenal job with getting us the right car for our family and the right deal we could afford. We have 3 kids 5yrs old and under and we needed something with 3rd row seating to accommodate our growing family. Assisted my daughter with the purchase of a Toyota 86 from Deluca and just wanted to post that the purchase experience was excellent. I am 60 years old and have had my share of experience with dealers to compare this one to, so I know what I say. Other than my daughter going in for a test drive this transaction was able to occur over the phone and computer. I have always been happy with my service at Deluca. Austin is my service guy and he is always pleasant and reviews work that was done. I was thrilled the work was done a little quicker than quoted and my car and windows were washed. Coffee and donuts are offered while your car is in service and they have a chef to cook for you if you would like, for a cost of course. There is plenty of comfortable seating while you are waiting and even offered bottled water. Everyone I came in contact with was smiling and helpful.
