Horrible job done to my Camry after being in rear end collision !!!! They rushed me off the lot over and over and say they won't fix the issues !
Neil Schneeweiss, my sales associate, was way more than helpful for my husband and me this last weekend. He took very good care of us and went above and beyond to help get us into a newer vehicle. All the sales associates were very friendly and helpful. This is the second vehicle that Neil has sold us and we will come back for future vehicles and ongoing maintenance. We had a new tire and other service this week. We were told to get complementary car wash but we didn't get it. No explanation. Disappointed
The new building is nice but not very homey as the old building. Toyota dealerships now look like every other dealership. Cold and uninviting.
This has been the WORST experience in my car buying life!!!!! I will never recommend Deluca Toyota to anyone not even my worst enemy!!! Never again will I come back !!!!!
I have a 09 corrola that has factory paint peeling on it. I got told it was to far out of warranty and no one has seen this before. I found Toyota has many complaints about the paint online. Which they would stand behind their products
Unhappy with the buy, the service department and the customer service. Would never recommend to any one for any thing. I'm just over my warranty and the battery took a crap and they said there is nothing they can do for me.
The slowest service ever 2.25 hours for 2 damn tires and I had an appointment
