Have been a patient for 10 years. Went in today for my 6 mos. appointment and waited for 30 min. to get in. Half of waiting room with 18 people has been turned into a sales room for glasses. When I asked Dr. Hester why the wait, he replied ‘it’s medicine today. Do you want an exam or not?’ I replied. I guess not. What a mess.
