The waitress and manager were on top of their jobs! They seem to love what they do and are great at taking care of their customers. Food was awesome! Great healthy options and I’m super picky with food. Looks like you’ve got a new loyal customer.
The overall experience was ok but what make the experience simply amazing was our waitress by the name of Alyssa. She was attentive and never was impatient. She made us feel like we wasn’t just another customer. Alyssa knew the menu and was able to make recommendations that fit my taste and what I was looking for. The ONLY reason that the restaurant is getting a 5 from me is because of ALYSSA. Honestly I would go back just for the costumer service I received from her. The food was not the greatest...no effort..just served..kids had fun..thats all that mattered..chicken wings too hard..
My only complaint is there was a 2 hour+ wait for a table so we went elsewhere for dinner. Otherwise it was a fun time. Would recommend for a fun family night out.
We had a really good time but getting checked in we waited for more than 10 minutes because there was only one cashier and the wait staff was so eager to take my plates which was kinda annoying but other than that we had a great tome
Very nice place to go and play some of the newest games...Food looked great and had a very nice bar area with several big screen tvs....My wife and I plus 2 little ones cost us $115 for 4 game cards....Pricey but not a place you go to often......
Great games but poor drink menue no prices listed for alcohol beverages great food
Our first visit was Saturday night. There was a 2 1/2-3 hour wait for dinner. There were a gazillion kids every where. Bar was full ( supposedly) lots of empty seats but jackets hanging to “hold” their seat. The crew at the bar could have cared less about their customers. Looked like they needed to go home and rest. I would never go back. It was a hot mess!
My family and I used to go to the one in uttica before this one open had a fabulous time so was very excited to have one closer so we could visit it more but it was a totally different experience not as many games, wait staff not as prompt or friendly as there today we visited and wait staff forgot to bring a drink to the table then when she finally returned still forgot it, had to stand at hostess stand in order to get someone attention to get ketchup for the burger ordered but then had to send it back anyways because it wa... read more
