Poor service! Long wait times for not only the food but drinks too. Could never find a service technician to help with games. Will never go back there again. Very Disappointed
They charge a $2 "activation fee" for your cards now. Sickening.
Walked in and was told by the man greeting us to find ANY table we wanted that was clean with menus and to seat ourselves. We found one and sat down only to be told to move to the bar area because that table was an hour wait. We go to the bar area and there are no tables clean. Only tables available are bar seats and we're told our kids couldn't sit there (1 in the afternoon) TERRIBLE SERVICE and bad communication between staff members and not very clean. Expensive, but for that area people don’t mind to spend that kind of money. First time I experienced Dave and Busters
Great place!! It was my first time there for a work party. I'll definitely go back.
Always enjoy the games but, when it's busy the wait for for certain games is long. Zombie games is too long for each player.
We were there for my granddaughters 16th Birthday and as always we had a great time but the best part was our waiter, he was WONDERFUL, “Mystical “ was the name that fit this young man to a tee!!! His personality and the way he kept us not wanting for a thing and he didn’t just treat us like customers! He treated us like true friends, like he’d known us forever!!! My granddaughter even made sure he got a piece of cake 🎂! Keep him around!!!
The food was Amazing i dietary needs and they meet that. Service was Amazing. It was my son's 16 th birthday party. We were walk ins and we drove over an hour away to come to dave and busters. Everyone had a great time. Loved the snow cones non alcohol ones . Will drive back again
The waitress was so good with the service. Enjoyed appetizers with 4 young 12 year old boys.
