This place is a filthy mess! Table tops were sticky and oily, menus were stuck together with food and God knows what else! Horrible service, our waitress never came to the table to see if anybody needed refills or drinks! We literally had to stop her as she was walking by to ask for more drinks! She asked for ID’s for every drink ordered even after checking ID’s the first and second round! Ordering the appetizers was a complete joke! I love the Pac-Man big screen game and all of them but far as they no because they fries was too too salty and they pizza was to cheesy they wing ding was good
An hour wait for food with a waitress and manager saying “that’s just how it is”. One meal was so burnt it was inedible, which was returned and remade. Dirty cup with a ring around the outside like it was stacked in a dirty cup and not cleaned. 2 extra meals we didn’t order added to the bill... nothing refunded and no offers to make it right with any compensation. this place is insane and we won’t be back.
Food was horrible but the kids had a blast playing the games

First and probably last time. Definitely overrated. My fiancé enjoyed his food but my fries were so dry and my burger was poor. Tasted like a frozen patty microwaved w a soggy bottom bun. Way too many children running around unattended.
The food is great (the Mac and cheese is bomb). The games are perfect. But the amount of children without parents and the children in general running around and screaming is annoying and down right the reason we avoid going. The staff have to announce the no running and parents please supervise the children every five minutes. Weekends are especially crowded which is great business but it gets to be too much.
The lady at the front desk was really rude. Seemed to have people and her job.
I am very disappointed with the lack of service this location provides. Why are coupons that are still within their date range, (expiring on the 12/31/2017...yes I am aware of the date, but please forgive me as I am a single parent with multiple jobs.) not being honored? There is no reason for that outside of poor service.
