Had lots of fun. The place was huge and we played all the free games
Waited 30 minutes to be seated at a table, multiple tables left with dirty dishes, cold food and I found a hair in my burger. Absolutely disgusting.
At Dave and Busters now service is terrible! Can’t even get the waitress to clean the table we are waiting for had to get the manager super poor service!
Our waitress i think her name was Tamara was so out of it ...my philly sandwich was so salty for some reason this time but my Son enjoyed the games with his friends...my husband and I felt that we could have went somewhere else to eat
Last night we waited over 90 minutes from the time we ordered our food until it came out to our table. A 90 minute wait for chicken fingers, wings, nachos & sliders!!! A huge party came in after us, ordered 30 mins after us, and received their food before us. That’s when my husband went looking for answers. The last 2 times I visited I relieved bad service but the last time was just horrible. It took 20 min just to get a menu while sitting at the bar one girl walked past at least 3 times and didn't say a word once we finally ordered it took over 10 min to get 2 draft beers then when we got our food it was very poor quality. We had the pepperoni twist that cost $11 and it was dry and nasty and the server never came to check on us even after our empty beers sat for a good 15 min. Over an hour wait for food at 12:30 when there was hardly anyone there. We didn’t even get waited on for almost 20 minutes. The food was very bad and our waitress was looking at us like we were terrible for each couple tipping 15% even though it was crap service.
