We’ve been coming in pretty regular lately because the food is great, and the wait staff is pretty awesome. Specifically CRYSTAL, Q, & ANITA If you come in ask for these three ladies. They are the staff that make you feel welcome and want you to enjoy your experience. It was very fun because they have a variety for games for kids of all ages to play.
Normally we have a great time here but yesterday's visit was anything but great!! The service was horrible. The dining room was almost empty yet we hardley ever seen our server. We spend twice as much time as needed dining because of the absence of our server. The food was great and the best part of our visit. I used the charging station app to load my card on the way there and then got the eat and play combo when we got there. I loved this location !! Plenty of fun and games with excellent food !! Our first waitress was awful and mean. She slammed the plates down before appetizers came out. They moved our seats and our second waitress was wonderful.
If you have never been to Utica then Livonia will suffice. I really do believe Livonia could be as popular or better than Utica if expanded.
