First time here and the service was horrible. We were told it would be a 3 hour wait to be seated to eat. The manager and the waitress was rude. Overall my first experience was horrible.
Racist unprofessional it was like we was in the 40’s white people on onside and blacks on the other blacks people had to pay before that could go enjoy games meanwhile the white people left their table freely our waitress disappeared at least 15 times and they wasn’t even crowded the food was nasty the tables was nasty and sticky we was given no napkins and our dessert was missing items �
We just left there an it was a mess. The waitress took orders and only brung out half. We couldn't find her for like 45min. So we had to tell the manager he comes and is no help as well. The waiter called us ratchet we over heard him talking smh. Finally another manager came and helped us after an hour and a half. I won't be back
Kristi and Alex gave my son Alex a 17th birthday he'll never forget. Live your staff, love the good, had a great night... We will come back
The service was horrible, menus stuck together, table were messy, the food was cold. I don't think we'll go back....
Great food, good selection, a little pricey. And if you're not into arcade stuff, pretty noisy.
I really enjoyed my time I only came for the games I'm only giving it 3 stars because there needs to be a secondary exit preferably through the game room the front doors are always so packed that has to be a safety hazard also I never eat there is overpriced and the foods not that great
I had an AWESOME time there with my daughter. It was my first time. We won a ton of stuff. We will definitely be going again.
Games were fun...staff was rude. Had fun Until someone from the wait staff made my 80 year old mother move out of a seat when she was feeling sick and needed to sit down and couldn't stand...won't be back and will definitely will be telling others how they mistreat the elderly.
