Dark, noisy, expensive, hostess rude, play for hours and ticket redemptiin is ridiculous
Wow. Should’ve read the comments before going there last night for my husband and I’s anniversary. Service was terrible. My husband gave the guy his military ID because it says 10% off, the bartender didn’t take the 10% off, dropped off his ID and debit card and walked away without saying a word. The manager who took our order was nice. Bartender had a terrible attitude. I’m a former server and normally tip 20% or well over but cringed at the thought of leaving $5 because he didn’t deserve it.
It is a great place to bring your family and friends amd have some fun!
Love the games but the food is over priced. It doesn't taste that great and service was horrible when we went. So we eat before we go and just play the games.
Our server service wasn't all that great but had fun playing the games as usual.
Me and my family had a great time we can not wait to go back.
The facility was nice, but the food wasn’t good & the service sucked! I’ll never return.
My daughter loves the place! Drinks were great, food just a little pricy but good!!! Of course we'll be going back again!! 😊
