All the service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. They make it so easy to schedule an appointment, and are available 6 days a week!
I am done with dealerships! If you like wasting 4 hours of you day, paying a $700 doc fee, given a different price on your trade in then was quoted on the website, being strong armed for an hour for service & warranties then this is the place for you. I have been trying for 2 weeks now to cancel the service & warranty contracts and have been ignored. I have filed a complaint with the BBB so I'll see if that does anything.

The worst experience I have ever had at a Honda dealership. We have been a Honda family for 20 years and I have never had a negative experience until I leased a car from Darrel Waltrip Honda. The most dishonest and misleading sales managers I have ever dealt with. Will not be doing business there again.
