I just purchased my second pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. I came back because of Jimmy Harris, the General Sales Manager. His integrity and customer care cannot be matched anywhere. This is the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. A Honda is a Honda anywhere, but the humans behind the sale is what matters to me. I have always loved the service at DW Honda. The employees are very nice, friendly, and professional. I'm always pleased when my car is returned.
Service dept is great! Very easy to work with, Kwame Okraku was wonderful at explaining everything and making sure the work was done corrrectly.
The service writers are always friendly and always come to the comfortable waiting room if there is something you should be aware of, but not high pressure.

The service department here is spectacular. My tech was Derek Smith. He did a wonderful job of getting me scheduled and then keeping me posted on the service being performed and what was being recommended for my vehicle. Great customer service!
