I just moved to Franklin and my family all drive Honda’s! Every time we have had our cars in for servicing, the staff there were very courteous and friendly and communicated well with texts. They got our cars done in a timely manner and treated us with respect.
I find that the service dept. does a great job. The paperwork shows exactly what has been done & what will need attention in the near future. Jordan Nash in service is very personable & explains things well.
